A Californian Muslim man who calls himself the “Caliph of God” is officially running for president in 2020 on a platform against the Islamic State and limiting the federal government — with a dash of involuntary celibacy (“incel”).

The candidate, who says his name is Mosheh Eesho Muhammad Fabio Luis Edwardo Correa Rodriguez Hiraldo Al-faraj Thezion, claims to be the Caliph, or the leader of Islam, and his presidential plan indicates he doesn’t have a favorable view of the Islamic State.

“WE ARE COMMANDED TO BUILD THAT BROTHERHOOD… BY BEING BETTER… SHOWING A BETTER WAY… NOT BY CUTTING PEOPLES HEADS OFF,” Thezion wrote on his campaign website. “IT IS NOT THE 7TH CENTURY.”

Thezion appears to have first announced the not-so-serious campaign in May 2017, based on his Twitter account and the registration date of his campaign website, .

Rather than a first 100 day plan — a tradition since President Franklin Delano Roosevelt — Thezion has a first 10-day plan. Starting on day one, he plans on declaring a two-year “state of emergency and use it to force congress into a constitutional connvention (sic)” and by day 10 he promises to “end homelessness in the USA.”

Thezion is “running for president on, basically, an incel platform,” as a Daily Beast reporter put it(RELATED: Ivanka To Campaign With Kevin McCarthy In California)

“IF A NATION ALLOWS FOR PLURAL MARRIAGES where men can have 30 wives, then it becomes impossible for all men in such a nation to have ONE WIFE,” Thezion wrote.

He added: “At this time men are streaming from Islamic nations to western nations, why??? BECAUSE IN AN ISLAMIC STATE which allows the rich to horde all the women… guess what happens?? THEY HORDE ALL THE WOMEN, BECAUSE THEY CAN… SO THE VERY IDEA… of taking over the world.. and forming AN ISLAMIC STATE…. is absolutely quarrenteed to leave half the planet or more without wives, and that is not a good plan.”

Thezion has been active on Twitter, asking celebrities and legal analysts for help. He even approached Kanye West for his help on the social media platform. “JOIN WITH ME… HELP YOUR PEOPLE…” he wrote on Twitter June 20.

He told West in a follow-up tweet that “together… I am confident you would be President… but without my help… well.. you could just steal my work.. i suppose.. i will allow it… but I offer my service as well… to get the job done.”
