University Says More Than Half Of Generation Z Is Not Heterosexual Or Cisgender

The University of Alberta claims that studies say more than half of Generation Z is not heterosexual or cisgender, in a poster first seen on campus Tuesday.

The university’s Institute for Sexual Minority Studies and Services presented this information and more pertaining to gender and sexuality in a poster located on campus.

“Challenge assumptions!” the institute says. “Studies completed in the past five years estimate that over 50 percent of Generation Zs (born 1995 and later) do not identify as strictly heterosexual or cisgender.”

“Prioritize the rights and needs of trans, non-binary, and non-heterosexual people in policy and design decision-making,” the institute adds.

The Institute for Sexual Minority Studies and Services at the University of Alberta performs research and executes projects in pursuit of “social change.” One project by the institute, NoHomophobes.com, tracks the number of times words and phrases like “f**got” and “dyke” have been said on Twitter per day.

“What staggers me with regards to the continual pushing of these minority rights activists is the rate at which equality of opportunity turned, first, into ‘equity’ (an absolutely murderous doctrine) and now, even further — into the demand for privilege,” Dr. Jordan B. Peterson, the University of Toronto professor who tweeted the photo of the poster, told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Peterson argued that, lacking internal borders, the egos of the activists engaged in a “narcissistic expansion,” creating an “ethical void.”

“The radical leftists have become exceptionally good at using guilt and accusation to demolish all those who would otherwise enforce such limits,” continued the psychology professor to TheDCNF. “What they don’t realize (unless they are truly more reprehensible even than they appear) is that they are undermining everything that would protect them personally from angst and terror in the face of nothingness. To have no limits is to be alone on a life-raft in the middle of an ocean. You can go anywhere, but there is nowhere to go.”

The Daily Caller News Foundation reached out to the institute and the University of Alberta for comment, but received none in time for press.
